The Cleveland Bradley County Public Library offers exercise and yoga classes that are free to all adults.
According to Kathy Davini, the library’s adult programming coordinator, the exercise class, conducted by the Cleveland Family YMCA, is held from 1-2 p.m. Tuesdays at the library.
“Teachers alternate every other week and give lots of options depending on fitness levels,” she said.
She said TakeRoot Yoga Studio also offers a yoga class for any level from 9:30-10:30 a.m. each Wednesday.
“People need to bring their own mat for yoga,” she said.
Davini said the library’s adult programming will continue to focus on the well-being of the community through exercise programs as well as education and self-improvement seminars and workshops
