The rooms are situated near the hotel’s Conrad Spa Water Garden, where guests can indulge in soothing hydrotherapy rituals that promote relaxation and overall well-being.

Each Wellness Guest Room at Conrad Orlando features carefully curated amenities to optimize each guest’s self-healing journey and achievement of their personal, ideal state of well-being. In-room attributes include:

• Guests can enjoy a few minutes of extra rest with a Loftie Clock, featuring sleep sounds, meditations and white noise to create a peaceful environment for sleep.

• Rooms include a Loftie Lamp with a sunrise alarm that mimics the body’s natural waking process, as well as a calming wind-down routine casting illumination of sunset colors and LED red light to increase melatonin levels.

• Guests can breathe easy with a Dyson Purifier Cool Gen1, with HEPA H13 filtration to capture dust and allergens, providing purification for the entire room.

• A Technogym Movement Kit featuring an exercise mat, foam roller, mobility ball and power bands.

• A Normatec dynamic air compress leg system for improved recovery, mobility and restorative healing.

• A Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer with intelligent heat control to ensure fast drying without heat damage.

Laid out with pathways winding through local flora, the Water Garden’s bathing rituals include: 

• A Vitality Pool (95-100° F) for muscle-relaxing hydrotherapy.

• A Cold Plunge (60-68° F) to alleviate join and muscle pain by stimulating the immune system and release endorphins.

• A Hot Plunge (98-104° F) to relieve pain, reduce stress, relax muscles and improve sleep; as well as outdoor showers for rinsing and cleansing prior to any of the above.

• Handcrafted and sustainable treatment tubs made of native stone that are used for Conrad Spa’s Bathing Rituals, an array of private outdoor treatment experiences.
